3. SMS Communications

By submitting our homeowner form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from StormLead and our contractor partners regarding your roofing inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your contact information with licensed roofing contractors solely for the purpose of fulfilling your service request. We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers.

10. Data Retention

We retain homeowner lead data for a period of 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Contractor account data is retained for the duration of the account plus 36 months following account closure, as required for billing dispute resolution and legal compliance.

11. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is reasonably likely to result in harm to affected individuals, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery, as required by applicable law. Notification will be provided via email to your registered address.
